A mixed use development in Wellington's city-fringe. These buildings combine a highly flexible arrangement of ground floor retail with residential above, and with small offices as an option for the larger units facing the main road. These images were prepared to assist with real-estate marketing and leasing promotions, including a desired cafe/bakery operation, and were also used to assist the resource consent application.
